How does your system work?

We have a rock-solid, proven Web-based system. You can log in with any Web browser. From there, you put in the employee's information. The employee verifies the info and gives his or her approval, which serves as a signature. You click "Submit" and in less than a minute, you have your answer. If it's a "tentative non-confirmation," our system walks you through the printing of the required paperwork -- in English or Spanish -- and reminds you when action needs to be taken. 

How secure is your information?

All of our informaton is held on secure servers, both off and onsite. At the end of each day, the information is backed up via encrypted channels to a secure off-site facility.  We're also aware of FCRA/FACTA requirements for workplace identity security. Our system offers three different levels of access for different types of employees. And all Social Security Numbers are truncated after they're input.
